E-Minded Solutions

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 26, 2026 · Applies to eminded-pa.pages.dev and the forms on it

This page explains what we collect when you fill out the form on this site, what we do with it, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are

E-Minded Solutions is an energy broker. We work with homeowners to compare solar options and we work with licensed solar partners who design, permit and build the systems. We are not your utility company and we are not affiliated with PECO, PPL, Met-Ed, Penelec, Penn Power, West Penn Power, Duquesne Light or any other utility.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, who your electric utility is, roughly what you pay each month, and whether you own your home.
How you got here: the ad or link you came from, the page address, and the referring site.
Basic technical data: your browser type and general location from your IP address, collected by the Meta advertising pixel on this page.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank details, your card numbers, or a copy of any government ID. Nobody from E-Minded will ask you for those on a first call.

What we do with it

Work out an estimate of what solar would cost and save at your specific address.
Contact you about that estimate by phone, text message and email.
Share what is needed with the licensed installation partner who would actually do the work at your house, and with the finance company behind the lease if you decide to move forward.
Measure which ads bring in homeowners we can actually help, through the Meta pixel.

Calls and text messages

When you submit the form you are agreeing that an E-Minded advisor may call, text and email you about your electric bill and your solar options, including at the number you gave us, and including calls placed with automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also tell any advisor on a call to take you off the list and we will.

We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees your information

Only the people needed to answer your question: our own advisors, the licensed installation partner assigned to your area, the finance company if you sign a lease, and the software vendors that run our phone system, text messaging, email and CRM on our behalf. All of them are bound to use it only for our work with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send it to lead brokers or list buyers.

How long we keep it

We keep your record for as long as you might still want to hear from us, and up to seven years after your last contact with us if you become a customer, because contracts and tax records require it. If you ask us to delete you, we delete you, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

Stop the texts: reply STOP.
Stop the emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
Stop the calls: tell any advisor, or email us at the address below.
See it or delete it: email us and we will tell you what we have on you or remove it.

Cookies

This page runs the Meta advertising pixel, which sets cookies so Facebook and Instagram can tell us whether an ad worked. You can turn this off in your browser settings or in your Facebook ad preferences without affecting the form.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
