Short version: this page is an invitation to a conversation, not a contract, and the numbers on it are estimates until somebody reads your actual bill.

What this site is

This site lets a Pennsylvania homeowner tell us enough about their electric bill that we can work out what solar would cost and save at their house. Submitting the form gets you a phone call. It does not sign you up for anything, does not obligate you to buy, and costs nothing.

What we do and what our partners do

E-Minded Solutions is an energy broker. We compare options on your behalf, we bring you a proposal, and licensed solar partners handle the design, permitting, installation and equipment warranties on the system itself. Any agreement covering the equipment at your home is between you, the finance company and the installing partner. Their warranty terms, not ours, govern the hardware.

About the numbers on this page

• Savings estimates are estimates. What you actually save depends on your roof, your usage, your utility's rates and how those rates move over time. None of that is known until we look at your bill.
• The example bill breakdown shown on this site comes from a real Pennsylvania residential statement. Yours will differ.
• Nothing here is a guarantee of savings, of approval, or of any particular price. A binding number only exists in a signed proposal.
• We are not giving tax advice. Federal and state incentives change, and how they apply to you depends on your situation. Ask your tax professional.

Who qualifies

You need to own the home, it needs to be in Pennsylvania, and the roof and the utility need to work for the program. Not every house qualifies, and if yours does not, we will say so rather than sell you something that does not fit.

• You will not use this site to submit someone else's information without their permission, or to interfere with how the site runs.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, E-Minded Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where E-Minded Solutions is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection Pennsylvania consumer law gives you as a Pennsylvania resident.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
